So you’re a freelancer and/or have your own business and want the perfect solution for billing your clients…yes? Well, there are a number of ways to go about creating invoices. The most basic is to create an invoice template using Word or another similar tool. Which in my opinion can be quite the drag…and then there is the option of using an invoicing software, which you may have to purchase, or sign up on an online invoicing service, which may not be so bad if they also offered free services. Luckily for all who so desire free services and applications, below you may find just what you’re looking for :). Don’t forget to share your thoughts! ❤

Hi,
You might also want to check out http://www.yanomo.com. We have developed it around a simple online calendar where you can plan tasks and write time from one place. Creating invoices is a breeze too. Since we developed it ourselves I will leave rating it to others but feel free to have a look.
– Flexible rates per user/client/project
– Task scheduling
– Accurate progress estimation though “Team sourcing”
– Project budgets, estimates and timelines
– Reporting by user, client, project, phase and task
– Every report exportable to csv
– Google calendar sync
– It’s free for small companies up to 3 users (unlimited projects) and for 6 EUR/user/month you’ll get invoicing with it as well.
Cheers,
Joost Schouten

I wonder how did you skip on a few invoicing giants, like Invoicera, Freshbooks, etc. I reckon they are more accepted than any other mentioned here in the market.
